"Healthy ecosystems are essential for sustainable development."
About The Initiative
One flagship platform, ten integrated programs
The Restoring Ecosystems, Building Greener Communities Initiative is the flagship environmental program of Greener Space Foundation for Environmental Sustainability (GSF). The initiative serves as an integrated platform for restoring degraded ecosystems, combating climate change, conserving biodiversity, and improving the quality of life through community-led environmental action.
The initiative is founded on the belief that healthy ecosystems are essential for sustainable development, climate resilience, food security, public health, and economic prosperity. Through strategic partnerships with government institutions, educational institutions, communities, development partners, and the private sector, GSF implements practical, science-based, and community-driven environmental solutions across Nigeria.
